Hand of the Genius

Tomorrow I am going to the High Museum here in Atlanta to view the Hand of the Genius exhibition--Leonardo da Vinci, a name synonomous with the description of a "Renaissance man."  He painted Mona Lisa, of course.  But did you know that around the time he began this painting he was also on a committee whose job it was to divert the Arno River in Pisa, Italy to keep it from flooding (something that we in Atlanta would appreciate!)

Engineer, sculptor, painter, theatre designer...the list seems endless.
More tomorrow after my visit.
